Job Description
The Executive Chef is a highly visible role responsible for kitchen operations, menu planning, and training of culinary staff. The position demands creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest culinary standards.
Requirements
6 years or more of progressive hotel culinary experience
With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
Proven leadership skills
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
