Job Description
The Chatwal Lodge is seeking an Executive Chef to join the team. The position directs kitchen operations, menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation. The Executive Chef will be responsible for training culinary staff and ensuring an efficient and profitable food service.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel Culinary experience
  • Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
