Requirements

  • Supervise food preparation, cost, quality, quantity, and inventory management
  • Plan and develop menus, recipes, and testing of samples
  • Maintain high cooking standards and quality of food and service
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring of applicants
  • Prepare inventories, budget forecasts, and revise work schedules
