Job Description
The Executive Chef is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership, responsible for kitchen operations, menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation.
Requirements
6+ years of progressive hotel culinary experience
Experience training food prep employees
Ability to instill safety and sanitation habits in all employees
4+ years of experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
Proven leadership skills
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Benefits
Generous salary range ($130k-$160k annually)
