Job Description
The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations at the Embassy Suites Beach Resort in Gulf Shores, Alabama, responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and developing creative menus that reflect the vibrant flavors of the Gulf Coast.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a high-volume hotel or resort environment
  • Culinary degree or formal training from an accredited institution preferred
  • Proven track record in managing kitchen operations, budgets, food cost, and labor
  • Experience in banquet and event production strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe Certification required or obtainable upon hire)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and culinary innovation
