Role OverviewThe Executive Chef is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership, responsible for kitchen operations, menu planning, and training culinary staff. This position demands creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. The Executive Chef works well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, and willing to work long hours.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement the culinary vision, train and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, oversee food preparation and cooking activities, stay up to date on trends in the culinary industry, and participate in creating and implementing F&B Sales driving marketing programs.

Requirements
- 6 years or more of progressive/luxury hotel F&B experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
