Job Description
Vast is a fine dining restaurant located on the 49th floor of the Devon Tower in downtown Oklahoma City. We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the preparation of innovative and creative cuisine, while maintaining a positive work environment and meeting budgetary goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years high-volume cooking experience in fine dining
  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Chef for a hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Leader, trainer and motivator of staff
  • Even-tempered and maintains a reputation for consistency and fairness
