Executive Director - Care Net Pregnancy Center

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and ministry leader of Care Net Pregnancy Center of Indian River County, providing Christ-centered leadership and overseeing the organization's people, programs, finances, operations, development, and community relationships.

What You Will Do

The Executive Director will provide executive oversight of all patient/client services and ministry programs, ensure patients/clients receive compassionate, confidential, professional, life-affirming, and Christ-centered support, and work with the Medical Services Manager and Client Services Director to assess patient/client needs and evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian ministry
• Fully supports Care Net's Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, Mission, Vision, Core Values, and life-affirming ministry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a Christian nonprofit, ministry, pregnancy center, healthcare, family-support, or community-service organization
• Experience supervising and developing staff and leading organizational operations
• Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, fundraising, donor development, and community relationships
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, problem-solving ability, confidentiality, emotional maturity, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Proficient in technology and organizational management systems
