Job Description
The Executive Director will lead Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) with strategic initiatives, innovation, and collaborative partnerships to advance the mission of the association. The role involves driving growth, member engagement, and impact across the financial and insurance conference planning community.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute the annual operations plan
  • Maintain and update governing documents
  • Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities
  • Represent FICP within the industry
  • Lead a highly effective staff team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence
  • Ensure effective governance practices
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and diversify FICP's membership base
  • Oversee site selection and contracts for the Annual Conference
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly financial statements
  • Oversee content strategy, maintenance, and enhancements of the FICP website
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with hospitality partners
