Job Description
Executive Director - Oblong Children's Christian Home seeks a mature Christian with a Biblical lifestyle to provide vision for the ministry, oversee childcare aspects, and facilitate the work of the board.

Requirements

  • Mature Christian with a Biblical lifestyle
  • Advanced college degree (Master's level) from an accredited school of social work or human services
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in social work administration or human services administration
  • Good leadership, conflict management, financial management, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Adequate/good writing and technology skills
  • Heart for kids and their families, as well as for staff
  • Meet State standards for background check
