Role OverviewThe HOPE Center is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and visionary Executive Director to lead a thriving, Christ-centered, life-affirming ministry serving women, men, and families throughout North Metro Atlanta.
What You Will Do
Provide overall leadership and direction for the ministry, lead and develop a strong leadership team, promote organizational accountability, excellence, collaboration, and stewardship, and strengthen systems, processes, and leadership capacity to support future growth.

Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience within the pro-life movement
- Five or more years of senior nonprofit, ministry, or executive leadership experience
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Experience working effectively with governing boards
- Fundraising and donor development experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strategic planning and organizational leadership experience
- Ability to serve as a visible and engaging ambassador for the ministry
