Role OverviewThe Executive Director Commercial Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial strategies and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a team responsible for various aspects of commercial operations including sales operations, marketing operations, digital operations, and field sales training. This role will report into the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
What You Will Do
In partnership with senior leadership develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Strategically build roadmap and execute on fundamental commercial operations capabilities including sales operations, marketing operations, business information commercial, sales training, and digital operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience across multiple departments within commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with a track record of success in strategic planning and execution
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in oncology is required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
