Job Description
The Executive Director will provide overall leadership and general management for generational wealth activities, including managing a team, reporting to an independent board of directors, and implementing a strategy to expand access to homeownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent directly related experience
  • At least 15 years leadership and management experience in community development, financial services, real estate, community-based business, nonprofit, real estate, housing policy or related field
  • Knowledge of nonprofit management, public-private partnerships, and best practices for effective administration
