Job Description
The Department of Social Services Accountability Office (DSS-AO) is seeking a permanent Administrative Staff Analyst, Civil Service Title, to serve as an Executive Director, Grant & Invoice Review Monitoring. This role will oversee the vendor monitoring process, manage grant monitoring and non-contracted vendor management, provide data analysis, and collaborate with program leadership. The position focuses on policy development, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in a related field.
  • Two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budgeting, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research.
  • Supervision experience, including supervising staff performing professional work in the areas described.
  • Supervisory capacity within an executive, managerial, administrative, or supervisory role.
