Requirements

  • Act as the on-site executive for all operations
  • Maintain resident retention by working with residents and their families
  • Maintain budget accountability and cash flow
  • Hire, train, discipline, and terminate employees
  • Maintain all local, state, and federal licenses for the community
  • Lead staff meetings
  • Promote and protect resident rights
  • Represent the community in local, state, and professional organizations
