Role OverviewThe Executive Director will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility, maintaining excellent care for residents while achieving business objectives. They will oversee regular rounds, ensure consultants and support resources are utilized, and maintain a high level of interdepartmental teamwork.

The Executive Director will develop and implement a business plan, monitor department activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, and provide feedback. They will also oversee regular rounds, ensure residents' needs are addressed, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
- Currently licensed as Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
- Completion of the company EDIT program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director/Adm
- Experience in performance management and effective leadership
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
