Role OverviewThe Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy, and generating respect in the neighborhood.
What You Will Do
Ensure positive resident, family, and employee relations, perform marketing and sales activities, recruit and train staff, operate the Community in a profitable manner, and comply with all state and federal laws and regulations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this position, you need a minimum of 7 years' experience in senior living or multifamily residential, 3 years' experience in a leadership role, and an Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License
- 7 years' experience in senior living or multifamily residential
- 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Current state specific driver's license and appropriate driving record
