Role OverviewThe Executive Director will manage the association's day-to-day affairs, represent NSA in various settings, and guide its future growth and organizational stability. This leader must combine strategic vision with the ability to manage operations and work effectively with a small staff.
What You Will Do
Direct the association's daily operations, develop and execute plans for long-term growth, represent the association in meetings and events, build and maintain relationships with sheriffs and members nationwide, and support association committees.
