Role OverviewThe Executive Director of Finance & Administration serves as the organization’s primary financial leader and a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role oversees financial strategy, planning, and reporting while ensuring that operational systems, processes, and administrative functions effectively support the organization’s mission.
What You Will Do
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to leadership and board members, oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit processes, and manage fund accounting and complex revenue streams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, operations, administration, or nonprofit leadership within a nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organization
- Strong expertise in nonprofit accounting (GAAP, fund accounting, accruals), budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, audit and compliance oversight, and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex financial systems
