What You Will Do
Provide leadership and oversight for 24 School-Age Childcare programs, supervise Regional Directors, ensure program quality, develop budgets, and execute strategic growth plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or a related field
- Five or more years of leadership experience in YMCA, childcare, youth development, nonprofit, or related program management
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, families, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related software applications
