Role Overview

Lead School-Age Childcare programs across the Association, supervising two Regional Directors, building community partnerships, and driving program growth and sustainability.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership and oversight for 24 School-Age Childcare programs, supervise Regional Directors, ensure program quality, develop budgets, and execute strategic growth plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or a related field
  • Five or more years of leadership experience in YMCA, childcare, youth development, nonprofit, or related program management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, families, community partners, and other stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related software applications
