Role OverviewThe Executive Director oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Equal Employment Opportunity Investigations Unit, the Reasonable Accommodations Unit, and the Training Unit. This role will be tasked with planning, developing, directing and managing Equal Employment Opportunity programs, staff, investigations, and related administrative duties.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reviewing and implementing EEO policies, conducting root cause and trend analysis, advising agency leadership on EEO matters, and preparing required quarterly EEO reports.

The ideal candidate will have admission to the New York State Bar and four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any bar, with 18 months of supervision experience.
