Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA, or MS) preferred.
  • Significant experience in strategy, operations, or leadership within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience preparing board materials and supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Integrity and a reputation for unbiased counsel.
