Maintains positive internal and external customer service relationships, manages the agencies program, monitors compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements, and negotiates contracts with community providers.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
- Minimum Associate degree in business, healthcare or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health setting
- Experienced in program administration including knowledge of healthcare policies and reimbursement practices
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance
