Role OverviewThe Executive Director provides executive leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal accountability for a diverse portfolio of behavioral health, integrated care, and health and human services across Southeast Pennsylvania. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented executive who can translate vision into action, develop strong leaders, and drive measurable improvements across a complex service system.
What You Will Do
The Executive Director will identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, productivity, access, and financial performance while ensuring programs remain aligned with regulatory and quality standards. This role will also help advance program growth, strategic partnerships, contract development, and system-wide improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in a health or human services field, or a related discipline
- 5–10 years of supervisory or management experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategic and project plans
- Strong understanding of the payer, provider, and regulatory landscape
- Experience building relationships with industry leaders, funders, and key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision, goals, and expectations
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly related to contracts, partnerships, and program development
