The Executive Director for Special Projects will oversee and manage specific initiatives and programs related to leadership and professional development within the District, driving innovation, managing change, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve district objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of successful experience as principal or other related position
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects and special initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
