Role OverviewThe Human Resources Division within Morgan Stanley is looking for an Executive Director to join the HR Talent Management and Development team. The role involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, tracking metrics, and implementing learning and development programs. The team partner with colleagues in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Data and Analytics, and our Talent and Diversity Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions to clients.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, track metrics, develop and implement learning and development programs, partner with colleagues, liaise with external partner organizations, and support and manage talent programs.
