Requirements
- 2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
- Experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspections, scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
