Role OverviewThe Executive Housekeeper will oversee all aspects of Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet luxury cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
What You Will Do
This hands-on leader will be responsible for building the department from the ground up, including recruiting and developing the team, establishing SOPs and training programs, managing staffing and productivity, controlling labor and inventory costs, and creating a culture of accountability and service excellence.
