Job Description
The Executive Housekeeping Manager is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.

  • Management of housekeeping operations
  • Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
  • Teaching employees how to greet guests and courteously solve guest requests
  • Maintaining inspection program
  • Following safety and security policies and procedures
  • Working closely with all other Departments
  • Inspecting rooms daily
  • Purchasing linens and housekeeping supplies
  • Staying current on latest housekeeping and laundry technology
  • Working with vendors to assure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance
  • Teaching, supervising, and mentoring multilingual and multicultural staff
  • Ensuring OSHA and ADA policies are adhered to
  • Coaching and counseling employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
