Job Description
Sun Valley is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to provide top of the line breads, desserts, and pastries for one of our most popular restaurants, overseeing preparation and design of desserts and pastries.
Requirements
Oversee preparation and/or prepare all desserts and baked goods from start to finish using established hotel recipes
Design and prepare special order cakes, desserts, and pastries as requested
Ensure cleanliness and proper function of all kitchen/ bakery appliances and equipment used in the preparation of dishes
