What You Will Do
Perimeter Security & Access Control, Surveillance & Monitoring, Emergency Response, Routine Patrols & Area Sweeps, Family & Staff Interaction, Incident Documentation, Coordination with Protective Details, Protocol Enforcement.

Requirements
- Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response.
- Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments.
- Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit
- U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
- American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
- Background Investigation & Drug Screening
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
