Role OverviewThe Executive Protection Agent will provide residential security services for high-profile residences and their occupants. The role requires a strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response, with a focus on maintaining a secure perimeter, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies.
What You Will Do
The agent will be responsible for perimeter security and access control, surveillance and monitoring, emergency response, routine patrols and area sweeps, family and staff interaction, incident documentation, coordination with protective details, and protocol enforcement.

Requirements
- Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response
- Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments
- Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit
- U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
- American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
- Background Investigation & Drug Screening
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
- Strong situational awareness and tactical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Familiarity with residential security technologies and protocols
