Role OverviewThe Senior Team Leader Emergency Response Agent (ERT) is tasked with ensuring the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees in dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced corporate environments. This role involves monitoring security systems, updating emergency action plans, managing site-specific health and safety programs, and building relationships with key staff and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Participation in random drug screenings
- Pass pre-employment background investigation
- Possess a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent applicable work experience
- Possess a valid and current driver license
- Possess a valid U.S Passport
- Possess Basic Life Safety (BLS) certification
- Possess NYS unarmed security guard card
- Must be able to obtain a New York State armed guard card and NYC CCW and/or LEOSA license
