Role OverviewHP's People Organization is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, delivering high-impact executive hiring solutions that strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
What You Will Do
Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director through Vice President-level roles, partner with senior business and People leaders to define hiring strategies, and source, assess, and engage senior talent across operations, finance, technology, and general management functions.

Requirements
- Proven in-house executive recruiting experience supporting senior-level and leadership hires
- Demonstrated experience building deep, trusted partnerships with executive leaders across multiple functions
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, consult, and operate effectively at the senior level
- Sound judgment, discretion, and comfort navigating complex, ambiguous hiring needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent experience, including significant exposure to executive-level candidate management
