Job Description
We are seeking a highly strategic and research-driven Executive Talent Sourcer to support enterprise-level leadership hiring initiatives. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting C-suite and senior executive talent across business and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting C-Level executives
  • Minimum 5+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience
  • Experience supporting executive hiring within a large enterprise, financial services environment, or executive search firm
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build credibility with senior leaders and executive audiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in Executive sourcing strategies, Talent market mapping & competitive intelligence, LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques, Executive candidate engagement and relationship building, High LinkedIn outreach effectiveness and strong executive communication skills, Advanced presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint, Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills, Strong emotional intelligence and professional presence when engaging senior leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, Business, or related field
