Job Description
Join the Hyatt Regency Miami team as an Executive Sous Chef, responsible for maintaining and improving culinary operations. Monitor daily functions, develop creative menu items, and lead a team towards exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
  • Experience with training, financial management and customer service
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Culinary education and/or appropriate level of on the job training and hotel culinary experience
  • Geographic flexibility preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
  • Ability to speak a second Language fluently (Spanish/French) will be considered an asset
