Job Description
Join the Hyatt Regency Miami team as an Executive Sous Chef, responsible for maintaining and improving culinary operations. Monitor daily functions, develop creative menu items, and lead a team towards exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
Experience with training, financial management and customer service
Proficient in general computer knowledge
Culinary education and/or appropriate level of on the job training and hotel culinary experience
Geographic flexibility preferred
Ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
Ability to speak a second Language fluently (Spanish/French) will be considered an asset
