Job Description
The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for all food preparation, supervising sous chefs and cooks, and implementing new menus as needed. They are also responsible for quality of service, training, and kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 8–10 years of culinary experience
  • 3–5 years as a Restaurant Chef
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines
  • Experience with restaurant or venue openings
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem‐solving, and team‐building skills
