Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts
  • 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience
  • Mastery of a wide variety of kitchen positions and stations
  • Knowledge of food cost and kitchen operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Communication Skills
