Job Description
DHG Nashville LLC seeks an Executive Sous Chef in Nashville, TN to provide direction for all day-to-day culinary operations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related
  • 2 years of related culinary experience
  • Provides guidance and direction to subordinates
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
  • Establishes goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
  • Knows and implements the brand's safety standards
  • Provides direction for menu development
  • Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills
