Job Description
The Executive Sous Chef will support senior leadership and assume key management responsibilities, including developing and implementing creative menu items, planning special events, and managing kitchen colleagues. They will lead the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results, and monitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality on a daily basis.
