Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Executive Sous Chef at University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH. The Executive Sous Chef will work with the executive chef to plan menus, train and supervise kitchen staff, and manage kitchen operations.

What You Will Do

Prepare meals and food to meet specifications, collaborate with the executive chef, train and supervise kitchen staff, control kitchen budget, and ensure kitchen staff adhere to set standards.
