Job Description
Role Overview

This position is responsible for the food preparation and presentations for members and guests, executing the menus, ensuring a high level of performance and guest satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Works closely with the Executive Chef, creates menu items, schedules, and trains other culinary team members, maintains food storage and sanitation procedures, and communicates with the Executive Chef and Line Cooks.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience cooking in upscale dining establishments, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

  • Prefer a minimum of three years or greater of experience cooking in upscale dining establishment
  • Ability to understand high-volume operations
  • Ability to be a self-starter
  • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and computer knowledge
  • Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
