Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Westlake Country Club in Austin, TX. As a key leader in the culinary team, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage kitchen personnel, and implement cost control measures to ensure the profitability of the Food Preparation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef and a strong understanding of health, sanitation, and licensing regulations.

Requirements
