NorthRiver Yacht Club is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee all food production operations, implement control procedures, and ensure consistently high quality food. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and superior service.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Two to three years related experience and/or training
  • Food Safety and Sanitation Training
  • Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes
