We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven Executive Steward to join our team. The Executive Steward is a key leader within the Back-of-House Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Stewarding Department.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in stewarding, culinary operations, or food & beverage environments; hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and operational best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team-development skills
