Requirements

  • Lead and supervise the day‐to‐day operations of the Stewarding Department
  • Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards in all kitchens, restaurants, and food service areas
  • Schedule, train, manage, and coach stewarding team members
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and proper care of all kitchen equipment and supplies (familiarity with Birchstreet a plus)
  • Manage payroll and labor productivity in alignment with operational goals
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary leadership to support seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
