Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail‐driven Executive Steward to join our team at the Hyatt Regency Austin. As a key leader within the Back-of-House Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, you will oversee the daily operations of the Stewarding Department and ensure the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization across all food production and service areas.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in stewarding, culinary operations, or food & beverage environments; hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and operational best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team‐development skills
  • A hands‐on leadership style with a passion for mentoring and building strong teams
