We are seeking a detail-driven Executive Steward to oversee the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring exceptional sanitation and safety standards in all kitchens, restaurants, and food service areas.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in stewarding, culinary operations, or food & beverage environments; hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and operational best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team‐development skills
  • A hands‐on leadership style with a passion for mentoring and building strong teams
  • Valid Food Handler Certification required
