Role OverviewThe Executive Steward is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the Stewarding Department to maximize labor efficiency; maintain budgeted labor costs; guarantee safe working condition; and keep the highest standards of sanitation. The role involves overseeing daily operations, scheduling employees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing daily operations, scheduling employees, conducting staff performance reviews, assuring compliance with Health Department standards, supervising sanitation, and coordinating loss prevention.

The ideal candidate will have refined communication skills, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English-Spanish is required, and a high school diploma is preferred. At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field is necessary.
