This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and managing stewarding staff. What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supervision and management, banquet and event logistics, sanitation and food safety, staff management, inventory and cost control, equipment and preventive maintenance, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements
- Two (2) years previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or food & beverage setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Self-starting personality with a calm and even temperament
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, and lift at least 50 lbs
